The Challenge

Kitu Super Coffee had a healthy advertising budget, and they were getting a lot of traffic to their website. Some people ordered, some didn’t, and those who didn’t were lost opportunity with no way to win back. Kitu partnered with us to create and execute an ongoing email marketing strategy to capture potential customers, and remarket to them in a high-converting email ecosystem.

With no email marketing strategy in place, but plenty of traffic, we set up strategic email opt-in forms on the website, and began building out automated email flows and sending targeted campaigns and offers regularly for a big boost in monthly revenue.
